49 years old
Arrested on 18 March 2008
Sentenced to 7 year's imprisonment
By Intermedial Popular Court of Kardze
On 30 october 2008
On charges of endangering the state
Now in jail in unknown
Detained for using fundamental right of expression.

I urge you to guarantee, in all circumstances, the physical and psychological integrity of this detained person, immediate and unconditional access to a legal assistance, to family and any necessary medical treatment needed and the respect of human rights.

I will be following this situation closely in the coming days and look forward to your response to my concerns.
